These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of snasolutions.in (the "Site") and, where applicable, your engagement of services with SNA Solutions ("SNA Solutions", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, or interfere with its normal operation.

2. Services

Descriptions of services on this Site are for general informational purposes. Specific project scope, timelines, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are governed by a separate written proposal or services agreement signed by both parties, which takes precedence over any general description on this Site.

3. Intellectual Property

• All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos and design — is the property of SNA Solutions unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission.
• Ownership of intellectual property created during a client engagement (such as custom software, source code and designs) is defined in the applicable services agreement, and typically transfers to the client upon full payment unless stated otherwise.
• SNA Solutions retains the right to reuse general methodologies, frameworks and non-confidential know-how developed during an engagement.

4. Fees & Payment

Fees for services are set out in the relevant proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of work.

5. Client Responsibilities

Timely delivery depends on clients providing necessary access, content, feedback and approvals. Delays caused by incomplete or late client input may affect agreed timelines.

6. Warranties & Disclaimers

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated in a signed services agreement, the Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SNA Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this Site or from services rendered, except as otherwise agreed in a signed services agreement.

8. Confidentiality

We treat client business information shared with us as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required to perform the services, with client consent, or as required by law.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an active engagement in accordance with the terms set out in the applicable services agreement. Fees for work completed up to the point of termination remain payable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise specified in a signed services agreement.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
